We equip immersion and native language learners with the tools to excel academically, develop global skills, and sustain their fluency in French or Spanish. Our innovative programs provide:
- International Baccalaureate (IB)-Aligned Project-Based Curriculum: Designed for grades 7–12, emphasizing critical thinking, intercultural understanding, and real-world application of French or Spanish language skills.
- Immersive Career Pathways: Preparing students for future professions by integrating language proficiency with 21st-century career readiness.
- Professional Development for Educators: Equipping teachers with strategies to effectively blend rigorous academics with immersive language instruction.

Educational Exchange Leaders
Our trajectory into International academic collaboration began in 1999 with a series of exploratory Educational Cultural Exchange ventures. This experience revealed the transformative power of cultural exchange, inspiring the creation of Global Faculty, a forward-thinking organization dedicated to bridging international educators with U.S. partner schools.
Our comprehensive process includes:
- Recruitment: Sourcing talented educators from nearly 10 countries.
- Credential Evaluation: Ensuring qualifications meet U.S. standards.
- Visa Sponsorship: Simplifying the journey for international teachers.
- School Connection Support: Identify accredited host schools in approved states (currently TX, VA, MD, WA) that are open to hiring J-1 teachers. GFO guides teacher to apply directly.
- Ongoing Support: Providing continuous guidance to ensure teacher success.
This approach reflects our commitment to fostering a seamless and enriching experience for both educators and U.S. host schools. By prioritizing rigorous recruitment, meticulous credential evaluation, and robust support systems, Global Faculty not only facilitates cultural exchange but also empowers educators to make meaningful contributions in their classrooms.
